Welcome to Tabs HQ! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tabs HQ, an inventory management and HR solutions software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

By accessing or using Tabs HQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • "Service" refers to the Tabs HQ platform and all its features.
  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operators of Tabs HQ.
  • "You," "User" refers to any individual or business entity using Tabs HQ.
  • "Subscription" refers to any paid plan that grants access to premium features of the platform.
  • "Third-Party Services" refers to external platforms that support functionalities such as authentication, payment processing, and analytics.

2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

2.1. Account Creation

  • Users must create an account to access the platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

2.2. Account Use

  • Your account is for personal or business use only and must not be shared.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized activities.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms

3.1. Free Trial

  • New users receive a one-month free trial with full feature access.
  • After the trial, users must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

3.2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Users can choose from the following subscription plans:

  • SOLOPRENEUR – 7,700 Naira/month
  • LAUNCHPAD – 15,000 Naira/month
  • PROFESSIONAL – 22,000 Naira/month

3.3. Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made using available payment options within the platform.
  • Users must ensure sufficient balance or payment authorization for subscription renewal.

3.4. No Refund Policy

  • Payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • If a user cancels their subscription before the end of the billing cycle, access will remain active until the paid period ends, but no partial refunds will be issued.

3.5. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription anytime via their account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, access to premium features will remain until the current billing period expires.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

By using Tabs HQ, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of the following data:

  • Personal Information (e.g., name, email, phone number).
  • Business Information (e.g., company details, inventory records, employee data).
  • Payment Information (processed securely through third-party payment providers).
  • Usage & Analytics Data (collected to enhance service performance).

All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which users are encouraged to review.

5. Third-Party Services & Integrations

5.1. Integrated Services

To provide our services efficiently, Tabs HQ may integrate with third-party platforms for:

  • Authentication
  • Email communications
  • Payment processing
  • Analytics & performance tracking

5.2. Responsibility Disclaimer

  • Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Tabs HQ is not responsible for service disruptions or issues originating from third-party providers.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using Tabs HQ, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Violate intellectual property rights of the platform or other users.
  • Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or reverse-engineering of the service.
  • Upload or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules.

7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

7.1. Service Availability

  • While we strive to provide continuous access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Downtime may occur due to maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

7.2. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Tabs HQ is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for data loss, security breaches, or financial losses.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and compliance when using the service.

8. Account Termination & Data Retention

8.1. User-Initiated Termination

  • Users may delete their accounts at any time via the account settings.
  • Upon deletion, data may be retained for a limited period to meet compliance requirements.

8.2. Company-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • The user violates these Terms of Service.
  • The account remains inactive for extended periods.
  • The user engages in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
  • In case of disputes, users agree to resolve matters through mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes through appropriate communication channels.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
